What happens if my card is compromised?

Don’t panic! If your Lufthansa Group Miles & More Debit Card (UK) is compromised, lost or stolen, or you see transactions you don't recognise, you must freeze it immediately in the Miles & More Debit Card app and contact us at help.milesandmore@currensea.com as soon as possible.

We will refund any transactions deemed to be fraudulent on your Lufthansa Group Miles & More Debit Card (UK) within one business day, subject to satisfactory conclusion of our investigation, relevant guidelines, and our Terms & Conditions
