Linking to Nationwide

You’ll need the Nationwide mobile app on your phone

Step A

Click on the Go to my bank button to launch your Nationwide mobile app. 

• You will be asked to log in to share your data with Miles & More Debit Card app - click Proceed

• You log into the app using your pass number or touch ID or facial recognition

• Select the current account you would like to spend from and click Proceed
  ⚠️Credit cards and savings accounts cannot be linked ⚠️ 

You’ll be automatically redirected back to the Miles & More Debit Card app.

Step B

On the Last step screen, click on the Go to my bank to confirm button to launch your Nationwide mobile app and set up your direct debit. 

• You will be asked to log in again - click Proceed

• You log into the app using your pass number or touch ID or facial recognition

• The account you previously selected will appear and you will be asked to agree to sharing the balance of this account with Miles & More Debit Card app - select Yes, I agree

You’ll be redirected back to the Miles & More Debit Card app to choose your PIN.
