Are there any fees for exceeding my limits?

We do not impose any charges above any fair use limits for normal spend in physical stores, hotels, or online - which means that you will benefit from the same FX rate for every transaction you make without needing to worry about additional fees above a certain limit!

We do have an ATM withdrawal Fair Use policy which is plan dependent. Please see below for more details.

When making ATM withdrawals abroad, there is a 0.99% mark-up over the Realtime Exchange Rate up to £250, and 2.5% over the Realtime Exchange Rate above £250. The limit resets on the 1st of each month. ATM operator fees may apply.

Please note, your Lufthansa Group Miles & More Debit Card (UK) cannot be used for ATM withdrawals in the UK.

Also, please note that your ability to spend and withdraw from an ATM will depend on your assigned Spending Limits. These are overall spending limits that cannot be exceeded, and these limits are assigned to customers based on the information provided and gathered at sign up.
