Why has my transaction been declined or rejected for Insufficient Funds?

When a transaction takes place, we ensure that you have sufficient money in your bank account to cover all pending Lufthansa Group Miles & More Debit Card (UK) transactions, to ensure you remain within your bank limits. 

So, for instance, if you are doing a £20 transaction, and have £90 of uncleared Lufthansa Group Miles & More Debit Card (UK) transactions, we will check to make sure you have £110 in your bank account. If you have more than £110 your transaction will go through, otherwise it will be rejected for insufficient funds.
