If your Lufthansa Group Miles & More Debit Card (UK) isn't working, for contactless or any other transactions, always check that it has been activated and isn't frozen in your account first. You can do that by logging into our app and checking the "Card" section.
If you experience a decline, you will receive an email explaining the reason why. If you don't receive one, this means that no transaction was initiated. If that happens, please check that the merchant you are attempting to make a transaction with accepts Mastercard cards. If they do, it might be that the merchant just isn't accepting Lufthansa Group Miles & More Debit Card (UK) as a payment method.
